Free! Guardian Nomination
Every parent of a minor child needs to execute a guardian nomination that is a stand-alone document outside of your will. Why? Because your will only comes into play when you die. If you become incapacitated, someone needs to step in and take care of your kids. This form legally names who should be appointed.

For additional planning, such as ensuring the guardian would have the necessary funds to care for you kids, but in a protected manner, schedule a consultation for a more comprehensive estate plan.
